Very cool. CONS: - power cables from battery clamps to unit are stiff and brittle. You can buy upgraded "ultra flexible" ones but IMHO they should ship with that. It is connected to a automotive battery. Have a Battery Tender on the battery to keep it charged. In a tornado the inverter will provide power to the shelter for TV, radio, lights and a fan. Tests of the system have been perfect. The inverter has good connections for plugging it in and for clamping it to the battery. Like the front display showing stats. |
