IT has a full color display and it has the ability to convert almost any USB input to XBOX control. It's main function is to let you use a keyboard and mouse for playing first person shooters. However you can also connect other devices. I have a FragFX Wireless Shark for my PS3 and I was able to connect that to the XIM3 and use it on my Xbox as well. It works flawlessly. You can connect joysticks or anything else you want. It works flawlessly. I'm so impressed with this thing. Can I say it again? it's flawless. It's configurable to the n-th degree. You can dial it in so that it's perfect to your liking. Everything from mouse sensitivity and acceleration to individual button mappings. You can also setup up to 50 different configurations for different games. No need to reconfigure ever time you buy another game.
